Stay on top of every project with real-time activity tracking. Monitor who has viewed, commented on, or approved proofs, ensuring smooth collaboration and accountability throughout the proofing process.
1. Go to either the Project Table or to any of the Views Pages.
2. Click on the caret beside the job number and name to view the summary of collaborator activities for that proof.
3. The stage markers represents the following:
S for Seen - The proof has already been opened/viewed by the collaborator.
C for Comments - At least a comment or a reply to a comment has been added by the collaborator to the proof.
F for Finished - The collaborator with a Reviewer proofing role has now finished his review and will no longer add any more comments or replies to the proof.
D for Decision - Thata collaborator with a Manager proofing role or Gatekeeper proofing role has made a decision on the proof i.e has requested for changes or has approved the proof.
4. If the stage markers show as grey (not completed), it means they have not been viewed at all, no comments or replies have been added, the collaborator has not finished his review and/or no decision has been made on the proof yet.
5. Hover on any of the completed stage markers to show more information such as the timestamp (S, F or D) and the number of comments and replies added (C).
