1. Login to your GoProof account.
2. Go to the Apps page via the dropdown on your profile name (top-right corner) > Apps.
3. Enable the monday card.
4. Login to your monday account.
5. Allow the integration between monday and GoProof.
6. From the Apps page, click on the ‘Add to monday’ button in the monday card.
7. Confirm to install the GoProof app on monday.
Your GoProof and monday.com accounts are now connected.
1. Go to one of your boards and view an item.
2. Click on the ‘Add view’ button on the top-right corner (+ button).
3. Search for GoProof and select ‘Add to item’.
4. The GoProof app will be added to your item as a view.
5. Connect to your GoProof account. If you are not logged in to your GoProof account yet, you will be prompted to login.
7. Allow and authorise permissions between monday.com and GoProof.
8. Click ‘Skip’ or ‘Update’ the GoProof users list.
You can now use GoProof to create a job or send a proof on each item within the board you have selected on monday.com.
1. Go to one of your boards and view an item.
2. Click on the ‘GoProof’ tab.
3. Make sure that the ‘Job’ option is selected.
4. Select or enter the ‘Client’ and ‘Project’ names.
5. Click ‘Create’ to create the job.
You can either take the job to work on it or you can assign it to someone else.
1. Go to one of your boards and view an item.
2. Click on the ‘GoProof’ tab.
3. Select the ‘Proof’ option.Select or enter the ‘Client’ and ‘Project’ names.
4. Click ‘Create’ to create the proof.
You can now upload content in the area provided for proofing.
As the GoProof admin and a monday.com admin, you will be able to manage your GoProof users from monday.com.
1. Create a job or a proof.
2. The Manage GoProof users screen will appear.
3. Tick the GoProof user checkbox beside the monday user details to create them an account in GoProof.
4. Make sure you give them the appropriate User type based on your needs.
You can access the Manage GoProof Users screen when you view an existing job or proof in monday.com.
1. Open the monday item and open the ‘GoProof’ tab.
2. Click on the ellipsis button on the top-right corner.
3. Select the ‘Manage GoProof Users’ option.
1. Add the GoProof app to your monday.com items.
2. Click ‘Connect’ to be redirected to the GoProof login page.
3. Click ‘Sign-up’ on the top-right corner.
Your email address will be checked and if a GoProof company exists, you can enter your details to request an account from your GoProof admin user.
