Add GoProof notifications to Microsoft Teams

Connecting your GoProof account with your Teams account

1. Login to your GoProof account.
2. Go to the Apps page via your profile name (top-right corner) > Apps.
3. Enable the Microsoft Teams card.
4. Login to your Teams account.
5. Allow the integration between Microsoft Teams and GoProof.

Installing the GoProof app in your Teams app

Before proceeding, make sure you download the GoProof app file via this link.

1. Open the Microsoft Teams app.
2. Click ‘Apps’ on the left hand side.
3. Select ‘Manage Apps’ found at the bottom of the Apps panel.
4. Click on the ‘Upload an app’ option. If it is hidden, click on the ellipsis button (...) beside the ‘Get more apps’ button to get this option.
5. Choose ‘Upload a customised app’.
6. Select the GoProof app file provided to you by Oppolis Support.
7. Click ‘Add’ to confirm installing the GoProof app in the Teams app.

Your GoProof and Microsoft Teams accounts are now connected.

To set-up GoProof notifications to be sent to your Microsoft Teams account

1. Login to your GoProof account.
2. Go to the Notification settings on the top-right corner.
3. Select the relevant notification option in the Chat column.
