This article is intended to guide Proof Senders on how to send a web proof using a ZIP file instead of a URL.
We’re excited to offer you a flexible new option for sharing web proofs! You can now upload a zip file containing an HTML file instead of relying solely on URLs. This feature is perfect for teams working on locally stored web content or for projects requiring an offline review option.
Before proceeding, make sure you are familiar with the basics of sending a proof. You can visit this link for guidance.
1. Create a ZIP file with your HTML file and all necessary assets (e.g., images, CSS, JavaScript).
2. In your GoProof account, select the Team or Client and Project where the web proof should be sent from.
3. Click on the New button and select the Proof option.
4. From the Upload Proof window, go to the Web Proofing tab. You can enter the URL or upload a ZIP file to send as your web proof.
