To help you view, sort and search all of the projects on your account, you can visit the Project Management page. You can search for projects based on their name or the client they have been created in. You can also set your projects as Active or Inactive to show or hide them from your projects list in the side panel.
This feature is only available to users with an Admin role.
To access the Project Management page:
Click on the Manage Projects option in your Account name's dropdown menu (top-right).
Sort, filter and search
Click on the All Clients dropdown to filter and view your Projects based on the Clients they were created in.
To view all the Projects based on the Client names, statuses, created date and deadline date, click on the column header title to sort them in ascending or descending order.
If you are viewing all of the Projects across different spaces, use the Search Project text field to enter the name of the Project you wish to view.
Show or hide Projects
To hide Projects from your Projects list in the side panel, untick the checkbox in the Active column.
If you wish to view all of the Projects you have hidden in this list, tick the Inactive Projects checkbox.
When viewing hidden Projects, you can tick the checkbox in the Active column to show them in the Projects list in the side panel again.
Change Project status
To change the status of a particular Project, click on its status and select the new Project status.
If there are no available statuses, you will be given an option to add/create a new status for you to select.
