Enabling the Embedded URL Checklist in a Proof

This article is intended to guide GoProof Admins in enabling a setting at a company level to check embedded URLs within proofs sent to the Collaborators.

In today’s fast-paced content production, accuracy is essential. Our system identifies embedded URLs in your proofs and generates a checklist for reviewers, ensuring every link is tested and details are cross-checked. Enable this feature to deliver error-free content while streamlining your workflow.

1. Login to your GoProof account and go to the Profile Menu.

‍2. Select the My Profile option. You will be redirected to the user account details page.

3. In the Company settings area, you will find the "Check URLs in proof and add as checklist" setting.

4. Select the above setting to turn it on and it will pick-up all the embedded URLs within a proof and display them in the proof editor's checklist panel. Once done, it will be applicable to new proofs sent after the setting has been enabled.

Additional options

• Show checklist on proof load - Select this option if you want the checklist panel to appear when the proof is viewed in the proof editor.
• Require checklist completion for "Request changes" - Select this option if completing the checklist is mandatory before the Collaborators can request any changes to the proof.
• Require checklist completion for " Approve" - Select this option if completing the checklist is mandatory before the Collaborators can approve the proof.
