Setting up GoProof custom fields in ClickUp

Setting up custom fields for GoProof streamlines the process of tracking proof progress and statuses, ensuring clear communication across teams. It also makes it easier to access and manage proof URLs, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of missing updates or versions.

1. From the project page, click on the Columns option to add columns to your view.

2. Click on the Create field button on the right hand-side panel.

Pro tip: You can click on the + button found on the task list header.

Create a Custom Field for Proof Status

1. Choose Dropdown as the custom field type.

2. Name the field Proof status (you can also use GoProof status as an alternative name).

3. Add the following status options to match the GoProof proof stages:

  • Awaiting Creative
  • Creatives Ready
  • In Proof
  • Changes Requested
  • Awaiting Amends
  • Approved
  • Approved with Changes
  • Completed

4. Click on Create to confirm.

Create a Custom Field for Proof Link

1. Select Website as the field type.

2. Name the field Proof link (alternatively, you can use GoProof link, GoProof URL, or Proof URL).

That's it! Once done, the proof status and proof link from your GoProof jobs or proofs will reflect in these custom fields.
