Creating GoProof jobs and proofs in monday.com

The integration of GoProof and monday simplifies your workflow by allowing team members to directly link to items, groups, and boards from within proofs. This integration automatically creates items whenever a new proof is generated, boosting collaboration and saving time by consolidating proof management and references within a single platform.
Make sure the GoProof view is added to at least one of your items before starting. Click here for some guidance.

Creating proofs
  1. Go to one of your boards and view an item.
  2. Click on the ‘GoProof’ tab.
  3. Select the ‘Proof’ option.
  4. Select or enter the ‘Client’ and ‘Project’ names.
  5. Click ‘Create’ to create the proof.

You can now upload content in the area provided for proofing.

Creating jobs
  1. Go to one of your boards and view an item.
  2. Click on the ‘GoProof’ tab.
  3. Make sure that the ‘Job’ option is selected.
  4. Select or enter the ‘Client’ and ‘Project’ names.
  5. Click ‘Create’ to create the job.
You can either take the job to work on it or you can assign it to someone else.
