In order to review a proof on a mobile device, you will need to have been invited to do so by a publisher user or gatekeeper.
You will have received an email notification with a link embedded that will take you to the proof.
Step 1.
Click on the View Content button within the GoProof review email.
Step 2.
Your dashboard will open in your mobile web browser.
Here you can select which proof you would like to review.
Step 3.
To pin a comment, press and hold on the proof area for a few seconds. A dialog will appear where you can enter the comment text.
Once you have entered your comment click Submit.
Repeat this until you have completed adding your comments.
Step 4.
Once have finished adding comments as a Reviewer click Finish. This notifies the Gatekeeper that you have no more comments to add to the review round.
Note for Reviewers: Only select FINISH when you are done adding comments to the proof. This will prevent you from adding any more comments.
If you have selected FINISH by mistake, you will need to contact the Gatekeeper to reactivate you in the reviewing process so you can add comments again.
Once have finished adding comments as a Gatekeeper click Request Changes. This ends the review round for all collaborators and sends the proof back to the designer to start making the proof changes.
Alternatively click Request Changes and then click Approve. This ends the review round for all collaborators and sends the proof back to the designer letting them know that there are no further changes to be made.
Note for Gatekeepers: Only select REQUEST CHANGES or APPROVE when you are ready to send the proof back to the designer. This will end the review round for all collaborators.
Tip: To change pages if the proof has more than one page click on the Double Page icon and then you can switch between pages.
Tip: To view comments click on the pin icon in the proof. Here you can deleted and edit the comment if you left the comment or reply to comments.
To see all comments you can click on the chat bubble at top.
To see the collaborator list and proof details click on the burger menu and select the option from the dropdown menu.
