Before proceeding, please make sure that you are familiar with Reviewing a proof - the basics.
Step 1.
Open your proof and click Add Comment. You will then be prompted to click anywhere in the proof content to add your comment.
Step 2.

Step 3.
After entering your comment and/or attachment in the window, either select Save & Add More to save the comment and add another one or select Save & Finish to save the comment and finish adding comments to the proof.
Note: Should you choose Save & Finish, you will be prompted on what actions to take to end the reviewing process for all of the collaborators.
Step 4.
Either select Request Changes to send the proof back to the proof sender to review the added comments and ask for the next proof version or select Approve to approve/acknowledge the proof.
Note: Only select Request Changes or Approve if you are not allowing any more comments in the proof from all of the collaborators.
If you have selected the options by mistake then please contact the proof sender to put the proof back into review.

The Add Comment window appears to add your comment on the proof and attach a file if needed.

Note: Should you choose Finish, you will be prompted to confirm your selection as this signifies that you are ending your review process for this proof.
Note: Only select Finish if are not adding any more comments to the proof. This signifies that you are ending your review process for this proof.
If you have selected Finish by mistake, please contact your Gatekeeper to reactivate you in the proof.
